Why Marriages Fail (by Anne Roiphe)

-Why marriages fail This essay was indeed a clear and convincing essay aforementioned. Anne Roiphe expressed her points and ideas about such a broad and complicated topic with detail. She persuaded my thoughts to comprehend her opinion which was obviously her intention. I am in total agreement with every point listed in this creative piece. Marriages face difficult times as always, but the act of communication is no longer in as much effect as in the past. Maintaining a car is a continual drain on one's budget

Maintaining a car is a continual drain on one’s budget due to the finances required for its upkeep. A car is very much like a baby. Every baby needs food (fuel), attention (maintenance), and an investment for their future (insurance). License and insurance are one of the main requirements when owning a car and can cost up to XCD $2,000 yearly. In order for a car to function, it needs fuel. Some cars use gasoline and others use diesel and fuel can cost up to XCD $50 to $100 weekly. Cars are machines, they don’t last for a lifetime. In order for a car to keep performing its functions, it must be maintained and repaired whenever there are damages.

Owning a pet can be expensive

Owning a pet can be expensive. Pets are not only financially expensive, but they are emotionally expensive. Pets are not like cars where we can purchase $50 in fuel and drive it around all week without giving it attention. Pets enjoy being comforted and requires our attention at least 2-3 times per day. From vet visits to purchasing the right products to ensure proper nutrition, our furry little friends can be a great responsibility. Quality medical care and grooming can cost up to XCD $200 or more per month and quality pet food can be as high as XCD $50 per bag. Pets do help to elevate the feeling of loneliness but can be expensive to maintain.

Why people today do not get enough exercise?

There are several reasons why people today do not get enough exercise. Firstly, lack of encouragement because the people who surround us daily demotivate us whenever there is a commitment to healthy exercise. Secondly, weight loss products can be very expensive with little to no results. This causes us to reject any other available products. Lastly, work out and weight loss plans can be very lengthy and boring. We tend to drift off from the original plan and rely on less effective plans that don’t work.
